Services, Estimates & Pricing
We provide residential and commercial carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, leather cleaning and conditioning, area rug cleaning, tile and grout cleaning and sealing, wood floor cleaning and buffing, LVP and LVT cleaning, and appropriate natural stone and granite cleaning and sealing.
We also offer air duct cleaning, qualifying dryer vent cleaning, mattress cleaning, pet odor treatment, allergy-relief treatments for appropriate fabric surfaces, carpet and upholstery protector, restorative cleaning, and specialty ozone odor treatment when appropriate.
Yes. We work with homeowners, businesses, and property managers. We evaluate the materials, condition, scope, and access before recommending a cleaning approach. Larger or more involved commercial projects receive additional review before pricing and scheduling are confirmed.
We serve Greeley and surrounding communities, including Eaton, Evans, Garden City, Johnstown, Kersey, LaSalle, and Windsor. Loveland and select Fort Collins jobs depend on the exact address and approval.
Give us your service address so we can confirm availability and any applicable minimum service charge.
Yes. For carpet, upholstery, and tile and grout, we primarily recommend a free in-person estimate. We look at the material and condition, discuss your concerns, and explain the recommended work and price. There’s no obligation to move forward.
Two spaces can be the same size and need very different cleaning. We look at the material, soil level, spots, pet concerns, furniture, and access. An estimate helps us understand the job and answer your questions before you decide.
We price carpet cleaning by square footage, not room count. The condition, scope of the work, and additional treatments also affect the estimate. We’ll explain the recommended work and price before proceeding.
Yes. Minimum charges depend on your location and the service being scheduled. We’ll explain the applicable minimum when we review your address and cleaning needs.
An estimate appointment is for evaluating the work and providing pricing. Cleaning is scheduled separately unless our team confirms that same-day service is available. An estimate does not automatically reserve a cleaning appointment unless otherwise scheduled.
Residential Carpet Cleaning
We start by vacuuming wall to wall and edges. We apply an appropriate pretreatment, work it into the fibers, and give it time to loosen the soil.
Our primary approach uses high-heat truck-mounted extraction with a pH-neutralizing rinse. We have other methods available when the material or access requires them. We use air movers and groom the carpet, then explain how to care for it as it dries.
No. We vacuum as part of our carpet-cleaning process. Please pick up small items, toys, clutter, and breakables so we can access the areas being cleaned.
No, you don’t need to empty the room. Our technicians may move reasonable, light furniture when appropriate. Large, heavy, fragile, electronic, or unsafe items may remain in place.
The technician will determine what can be moved safely.
Drying depends on the carpet, airflow, humidity, cleaning needed, and treatments used. It can take overnight or up to about 24 hours. Your technician will explain what to expect and provide care instructions.
Yes, using clean house shoes. Keep traffic to a minimum while the carpet dries, and be careful when stepping from damp carpet onto hard flooring.
Leave protective furniture tabs or blocks in place for the time your technician recommends. Wood or wicker furniture should not be placed directly on damp carpet for at least 24 hours.
For residential carpet, our general recommendation is every 6–18 months, depending on traffic, pets, children, soil levels, carpet type, and maintenance.
We can help you decide what makes sense for your home. Commercial carpet needs a schedule based on how the facility is used.
No. Some spots respond well to professional cleaning, while permanent discoloration, dye loss, or fiber damage may remain.
Bleach spots and fading are missing color, and cannot be removed. We’ll explain realistic expectations after evaluating the carpet.
We primarily use enzyme-based carpet-cleaning products and select additional professional products based on the material and cleaning needed. Pet treatment may involve oxidizers and other treatment products. Everything we use is safe for seniors, pets, and children.
Yes. Tell us about fragrance concerns or sensitivities when scheduling so we can discuss an appropriate option and communicate your preferences to the technician.
Once the carpet is completely dry, give it a thorough vacuuming. This often loosens and resets the fibers. If it still doesn’t feel right afterward, call us so we can take a look.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
We evaluate the carpet, soil levels, traffic, and how the space is used. We also discuss your priorities, access requirements, and scheduling needs before recommending the work.
The cleaning method and plan should fit the facility.
The right schedule depends on foot traffic, soil levels, carpet type, and how each area is used. Busy entrances and traffic lanes may need attention more often than lightly used areas.
We’ll evaluate the flooring and recommend a schedule based on your facility’s needs.
Tell us when the space is available, when it needs to be used again, and any access restrictions. We’ll review scheduling options and drying needs before confirming the work.
Availability depends on the scope and our schedule.
We need the service address, areas to be cleaned, known concerns, and timing requirements.
Information about parking, loading areas, elevators, secured entrances, and building restrictions helps us plan properly. Larger or more complex projects need an evaluation before pricing and scheduling are confirmed.
Not necessarily. We need approved access and payment arrangements and a reliable way to reach the person authorized to make decisions.
If additional work changes the price, we get approval before proceeding.
Yes. We also offer appropriate cleaning services for tile and grout, VCT, LVP and LVT, wood floors, and certain natural stone surfaces. Tell us what materials you have so we can evaluate the work.
Upholstery Cleaning
We clean many upholstered sofas, chairs, and other pieces. The fabric, construction, dyes, condition, and manufacturer’s requirements determine whether and how a piece can be cleaned.
Delicate or specialty items need evaluation first.
We can evaluate spots and odors and recommend appropriate treatment. Results depend on the material, contamination, previous treatments, and whether permanent damage has occurred.
Complete removal is not guaranteed.
No. We provide cleaning, not reupholstery, stitching, cushion or frame repair, or color correction.
Leather Cleaning & Conditioning
Yes, when the leather and its condition are appropriate for the service. We evaluate the piece before recommending cleaning and conditioning.
No. Cleaning and conditioning do not repair cracking, fading, tears, or missing color. We do not provide leather restoration or color correction.
Area Rug Cleaning
Yes. Area rugs can be picked up, cleaned at our facility, and returned.
Tell us about the rug, furniture around it, and access so we can arrange the appropriate service.
Yes we can. Onsite requests need review, including what flooring is underneath.
We do not clean an area rug in place over a wood floor.
We clean specialty rugs when appropriate. High-value, antique, handmade, Oriental or Persian, silk, and other unusual rugs require inspection before we receive the rug.
Typical turnaround is about one week, but it isn’t guaranteed. The material, condition, treatment, and drying needs can affect timing.
We’ll discuss expectations when arranging the service.
Significant pet contamination requires evaluation before we accept the rug. We’ll discuss treatment options and realistic expectations.
Complete odor or stain removal is not guaranteed.
No. We do not clean rug pads or provide fringe repair, binding, reweaving, structural repairs, or color correction.
A contaminated rug pad should be replaced so it does not continue contributing to the problem.
Tile & Grout Cleaning and Sealing
Yes. We evaluate the surface and condition, then recommend appropriate cleaning and sealing. An in-person estimate helps us explain the work and pricing.
We’ll evaluate the discoloration and explain what cleaning can reasonably improve. We do not promise that every surface will return to its original appearance.
Tell us whether you’re interested in cleaning, sealing, or both. We’ll explain the recommended scope and include the selected work in your estimate.
Wood Floor Cleaning & Buffing
Yes. We offer wood floor cleaning and buffing when appropriate for the floor and its condition. We evaluate the surface before confirming the work.
No. We do not sand, refinish, repair, replace, or install wood flooring.
Cleaning and buffing should not be expected to repair permanent damage or a worn finish.
Luxury Vinyl Flooring: LVP & LVT
Yes. We offer cleaning for LVP and LVT flooring in homes and businesses. Tell us about the floor, its condition, and your concerns so we can evaluate the work.
No. We provide cleaning, not flooring repair, replacement, or installation. Damaged planks, tiles, or finishes may need attention from a flooring specialist.
Natural Stone & Granite
Yes, when appropriate after inspection. The material, finish, and condition determine the cleaning approach.
We need to evaluate the surface before confirming a process or result. Stone materials and finishes vary, so we don’t guess based only on a general description.
Pet Urine & Odor Treatment
Pet treatment requires additional products, more time for those products to work, and extra equipment.
We use additional specialized equipment to work treatment products into the carpet and may recommend topical or sub-surface treatment depending on the contamination.
The additional cost reflects more treatment product, longer treatment time, extra equipment, and more technician time.
We explain the recommended treatment and price before starting.
Complete removal is not guaranteed. Odor improvement and stain removal are separate issues.
Urine can cause permanent discoloration or reach the carpet backing, pad, subfloor, or other materials. We’ll explain what treatment can reasonably improve and when cleaning may not fully address the source.
Allow 72 hours for drying and the results to settle. Odor can remain noticeable during drying, particularly when contamination is deeper.
If you still have a concern after that time, call us so we can evaluate the next step.
Carpet, Upholstery & Rug Protector
Protector helps appropriate carpet, upholstery, and rug fibers resist spills and soil. It does not make them stain-proof, and spills still need prompt attention.
Protector is an optional service applied when purchased. We’ll explain whether it is appropriate and include it in the estimate if you choose it.
Restorative Cleaning & Difficult Spots
Restorative cleaning is a more intensive cleaning process for heavily soiled materials or challenging spots. It may involve additional products, equipment, and time beyond standard cleaning.
We can evaluate these concerns for professional spot removal or restorative cleaning.
Results depend on the material, what was spilled, whether it has dried, and what has already been attempted. We do not guarantee removal.
We can evaluate previously treated areas. Tell us which products or equipment you used, if you know.
Previous treatments can affect residue, color, fibers, and how a spot responds. We’ll consider that when recommending the next step.
No. Restorative cleaning is an advanced cleaning service.
We do not provide flood or water-damage restoration, mold remediation, structural drying, demolition, or reconstruction.
Air Duct Cleaning
We connect professional negative-air equipment to the duct system, loosen accumulated dust and debris, and use suction to pull it toward our collection equipment.
We clean inside the system rather than only vacuuming the visible vent openings.
An access opening may be needed to connect our equipment properly. If we create one, we professionally patch and seal it when cleaning is complete.
We do not leave the opening exposed.
The system is placed under negative pressure while debris is loosened. That suction draws material toward our collection equipment rather than simply blowing it around the home.
The time depends on the system, layout, access, and scope. We’ll discuss the expected time after reviewing the job rather than promising the same duration for every property.
Yes, as an optional add-on when appropriate. Our team can explain the product and process before you decide.
This service is not mold remediation or a guaranteed health treatment.
No. We do not provide HVAC mechanical diagnosis, repair, installation, or duct repair and replacement.
We do not perform HVAC disassembly to gain access.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Yes, when the vent is accessible and meets our service requirements.
Tell us where it exits and about any access restrictions so we can confirm whether we can help.
No. We do not service roof-exit dryer vents.
No. We provide qualifying vent cleaning, not repair, replacement, rerouting, installation, or ductwork modification.
Yes, qualifying dryer vent cleaning can be added to a full duct-system cleaning. It can also be scheduled separately.
We’ll review the vent location, access, and scope before confirming the service.
Mattress Cleaning
We clean routine soil, sweat and body oils, minor spots and odors, and normal household accidents when appropriate.
Tell us about the condition and your concerns so we can confirm whether the service is suitable.
No. We do not provide bed bug treatment, infestation work, mold cleaning, or biohazard-level contamination services.
Allergy-Relief Treatments
We offer appropriate treatments for soft or fabric surfaces such as carpet, upholstery, mattresses, and rugs.
We evaluate the material and discuss the available options before recommending treatment.
No. We do not make medical claims or guarantee allergy or asthma relief.
Tell us about your concerns and product sensitivities so we can discuss appropriate cleaning and treatment options.
Specialty Ozone Odor Treatment
Yes, for appropriate situations after evaluation and approval.
It is a specialty service, and we need to understand the odor source, property, and conditions before recommending it.
No. Occupants must leave for at least three days under our current treatment requirements.
Our team will explain the preparation, access, and return requirements before scheduling.
Appointments, Preparation & Follow-Up
Our phone hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM–3 PM. We’re closed Sunday.
Cleaning appointments are scheduled separately based on the service, location, and availability.
We schedule cleaning appointments within an arrival window rather than promising an exact time.
The window tells you when the technician is expected to arrive. It does not mean all work will be finished by the end of that window.
We will communicate with you before we head your way and will give you notice if the arrival is beyond the initial window.
Not necessarily. We need approved access and payment arrangements and a reliable way to reach the person authorized to make decisions.
If additional work changes the price, we get approval before proceeding.
Please keep pets secured away from technicians and active work areas. Our team cannot watch or contain them.
Tell us about service animals or accommodation needs when scheduling so we can plan appropriately.
Tell us ahead of time whenever possible so we can plan the equipment and time needed.
We’ll explain any price changes and get your approval before performing added work. Some additions may require another appointment.
No. We provide carpet cleaning, not stretching, patching, seam repair, installation, or replacement.
If your carpet needs repairs, that work requires a separate specialist.
Call us. We’ll return, evaluate the concern, and try to make it right.
If we cannot resolve it to your satisfaction, management may refund the affected area or the full service, depending on the circumstances. Contact us within 30 days whenever possible.
