Doug Gain – Founder
Doug Gain has a passion for customer service and building relationships. A 3rd-generation Greeley Native, Doug couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Doug founded Doug’s Carpet and Upholstery Care in 1984 as a way to make an income and also have time to raise his children Levi and Lindsey with his beautiful wife, Adela. Doug had a knack for building quality relationships and has been very active in the Greeley Community from coaching soccer, Boy Scouts, Chamber of Commerce to many other local organizations over the years. Doug is incredibly mechanically-minded and over the years, he was able to identify and understand the best and most effective equipment for our industry. Doug has a way of looking at equipment that is unlike most people in our industry and it has given us a huge advantage for many years! To this day, Doug is the innovator of this business taking 45 years in the cleaning industry and using his natural abilities to think outside the box and keep the company on the cutting edge in all aspects!
In his free time, Doug loves camping and spending time with his family. It’s not uncommon to find him at a car show looking for new ideas for his own collection.
Levi Gain – President
Levi grew up working with his dad and always knew he wanted to follow in his footsteps. Levi loves business and loves being involved in the local community. After college Levi decided to get more involved in the family business and see how he could improve on an already successful business. Levi and Doug worked side by side for many years and it was a truly special time as a father son team. Levi continued to learn from Doug and also educate himself on how the industry is always growing and changing, always keeping in mind the experience of the client. Levi never stops learning and prides himself on bringing the highest quality of customer service possible.
Levi loves spending time with family and friends as well as his amazing wife Monica. They love to travel, go to the lake and go to concerts whenever possible!
If you call Doug’s there is a really good chance Lindsey will be the one you talk to. She is a highly intelligent and organized person who effectively manages multiple tasks, ensuring our schedule runs smoothly. Lindsey has 4 beautiful daughters with her awesome husband Justin. Lindsey one of the hardest working people you will meet and consistently focuses on excellence in everything she does!
In her Free time Lindsey loves spending time with family, working out and is always pushing herself further by entering in triathlons and other challenging competitions. We are so proud to have her on the Doug’s Team
Justin – Director of Operations
Justin is our newest member of the Doug’s team. He is family oriented and loves spending time with his wife Lindsey and 4 wonderful daughters. Justin loves to play guitar in his free time as well as go on family camping trips. He has an attitude for excellence and loves helping people.
ShaeAnna
ShaeAnna is a warm, family and community-oriented person who genuinely enjoys helping others. As the friendly voice on the phones, she takes pride in making sure every customer feels welcomed, heard, and taken care of. With her kind nature and strong desire to serve people, ShaeAnna plays an important role in creating a positive experience for everyone who reaches out to the team.
Josh – Field Supervisor
Josh is a dedicated team member who brings a strong work ethic and a heart for service to everything he does. With a background in construction, he has a great eye for detail and a deep understanding of how to tackle tough jobs with skill and precision. Outside of work, Josh loves spending quality time with his family, and that same care and commitment shows in how he treats every customer, like they’re part of the family, too.
Matt
Matt is a hardworking and dependable team member who takes pride in giving his best every day. He enjoys being part of a team and is always willing to step up and help wherever he’s needed. Outside of work, Matt loves spending time outdoors, and he brings that same energy, grit, and positive attitude to the work he does with the team.
Dave
Dave brings a genuine passion for people to everything he does. With a strong background in customer service, he’s built his approach around clear communication, attention to detail, and making every experience a positive one. Beyond his professional life, Dave treasures family time more than anything, which drives his dedication to serving others with compassion, respect, and integrity.
Kurtis
Kurtis is a proud U.S. military veteran who brings the same dedication, integrity, and work ethic to serving others that defined his time in uniform. Known for his genuine care for people, he is committed to delivering exceptional service and always goes the extra mile to help those around him. Outside of work, Kurtis is a devoted family man who enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones and playing guitar whenever he gets the chance. His positive attitude, and passion for helping others make him an invaluable part of the team.
